Cancellation Policy

English Version: Lash Palace Marbella Booking Policy At Lash Palace Marbella, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients and to protect our artists’ schedules, please review our booking policy below: 1. Booking Deposits • non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. • This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. • Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment (no-show), will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. 3. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. In such cases, the deposit will be retained. 4. No-Shows • If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the deposit will not be refunded. 5. Agreement • By booking with Lash Palace Marbella, you agree to this policy and understand that deposits are non-refundable in cases of late cancellation, rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows. Para garantizar la equidad entre todos nuestros clientes y proteger la agenda de nuestras artistas, por favor revisa nuestra política de reservas a continuación: Depósitos de Reserva • Se requiere un depósito de reserva no reembolsable para asegurar tu cita. • Este depósito se descontará del precio total de tu tratamiento el día de tu cita. Cancelaciones y Cambios de Cita • Para cancelar o reprogramar tu cita, debes notificarnos con al menos 48 horas de antelación. • Los cambios realizados con menos de 48 horas de aviso, o la falta de asistencia a tu cita (no-show), resultarán en la pérdida del depósito. Llegadas Tardías • Los clientes que lleguen con más de 15 minutos de retraso pueden necesitar reprogramar su cita. En estos casos, el depósito se retendrá. No-Show (Inasistencia) • Si no asistes a tu cita sin previo aviso, el depósito no será reembolsado. Acuerdo • Al reservar con Lash Palace Marbella, aceptas esta política y entiendes que los depósitos no son reembolsables en casos de cancelación tardía, reprogramación con menos de 48 horas de aviso o inasistencia.
